You might be able to find a decent used one on evilBay.
The problem is that almost all of them are subject to the same plastic degradation (shrinkage and cracking).
Sometime around '84 or '85 SAAB's supplier changed the plastic in the filler necks to something that was softer and more prone to cracking than the previous ones.
When the one on my '89 broke (more than a dozen years ago), same as your predicament, I found a perfect one on an '83 to replace it. Still no cracks in it.
