After you fix everything else, you'll find that the AMM voltage is off / the adjustment can't compensate for the wide swing of voltage that the AMM sends to the ECU.
Send your AMMs to Injection Labs in Boulder, CO and have them checked, and then spend with them the 200 on the game board, problem solved.
If you had a test stand, you could have measured air going through the AMM and find the millivolts produced. But, since that is doubtful you have a test stand, the only way to know is to send your units to Injection Labs and find out. I would say that it would be over 90 % chance the 005 AMMs are out of spec, and by swapping in and out, all you have is found the one that has the best millivolt production for the ECU operation.
At least, then you know if you have the AMMs checked out by them.....
