Quite a few people, including Poop Deck Pappy, have had good results with pouring some denatured alcohol into the headlight, swirling it around, pouring it out, and letting it dry. If the haze on the inside of the lens is really bad, throwing a little uncooked rice into the headlight with the alcohol will help scour the haze off.
The caveat is that, you really only want to do it once with the rice because the sivering on the reflector is delicate.
The other option is replacing the headlights with e-codes, but that's kinda pricey.
