The clutch is non-electrical so troubleshooting that issue can be done separately from the no-start condition and the flakey radio.
In order of increasing pain:
1. Check brake/clutch reservoir fluid level.
2. Bleed clutch hydraulic system. (Just like brakes: Pump, hold, open bleeder at slave cylinder, close, repeat.)
3. Inspect clutch throwout bearing for correct placement at center of fingers. This is a weak suggestion. I think any problem here and you'd be having bad noises.
After those, the only thing left is weak seals in either the clutch master cylinder, the slave cylinder, or both.
