When I bought my 1986 Airflow Turbo the fans didn't come on at ALL. Problem with it was lots of corrosion on the pins of the fan Time Delay Relay. Fixed that by cleaning and applying dielectric grease. Your problem seems opposite, but try it anyways? Also check the fan temp switch for corrosion (drivers side, top of radiator. Also check the plug-in connector for the fan you removed to work on the slave cylinder (verify that the pins haven't been pushed back into the plastic connector). Do both fans spin easily by hand, when car is cold? That's all my guesses! Vern
