Just did a rebuild on my 92. What compressor do you have BTW? Anyway, what I did was resealed the shaft seal on my compressor which was leaking, flushed to condenser and evaporator and lines with a combination of shop air, brake clean, shop air, and brake clean/shop air again. Brake clean dries without residue and really cuts crud. If you components are new, your just flushing the evaporator. Is a total of about 8 oz of oil in the system. I used esther oil since the car was originally R12, and compatible with both refrigerants. Bentley book tells the amount of oil in each component. Put in the oil, new expansion valve and drier, and new o rings throughout. Hour long vacuum, and recharged with about 30 oz R134a. Coldest the AC has ever been in this car. Hope this helps.
