It's less difficult than you think
The drains exit through the side vents in back. If you have vent covers, remove them. You'll see black hoses towards the fronts of the vents, behind the plastic screens. It's a neat arrangement as long as only water that's being drained.
Unfortunately, bits of leaves, pine needles, and general crud also get drained from the sunroof pan. The screens prevent that stuff from passing past the ends of the drain hoses to the outside world, so the stuff collects.
Unscrew the vent assembly and gently poke at the accumulated crud in the end of the hose with a piece of something flexible, like a length of weed trimmer line. Be careful to remove sharp points from the end of the line before starting the process. Also be careful to not poke through the material of the hose. Something metallic and smooth, like a hemostat, would work as long as the clog isn't too deep.
Once the clogs are out, test the sunroof with a hose to see that it drains and put it all back together.
I had one 900 with a persistent leak behind the sunroof on the driver's side. Turned out that the drain on that side had a plug of deteriorated pine needles that was about 4 inches long.
