Thanks for the help. I found some 3/8" OD polyethylene tubing at my local Ace hardware store at 30 cents per foot! The walls are a bit thinner than what was in the car, but the existing tubing was very brittle. Drilled out the old connector with several sized bits until stopping at 3/8", glued it in place with some epoxy made for plastic bumpers. Cut a notch in the other end with a hacksaw.
I had a hard time getting the male connector loose in the back right (as seated), as there is a motor in the way - took out the motor and loosened up the top cushion to finally get it. Hooked everything back together and some how the left side tube cracked - grrrr. I just patched that one up with some fuel hose and clamps and everything is good.
