The more I think about the prospect of rebuilding this rack again the more I'm inclined to think you're right, that this job would be best performed by a professional's hand and eye. Could you tell me more about having a power rack converted to manual? I've never heard of anyone having that done and I'd be interested to know what the results are like. Thanks.
