I have a 1986 SPG that does the same thing. It has a completely brand new engine brand new diamond plate. The block has been bored.Brand new exhaust headers everything has been gone through top to bottom.The one good thing is it leaks no oil and it runs great still has the stupid hard start issue. But just like you said after about 2 or 3 minutes it runs just fine.like they've said I believe we should change over to the 87 computer which I have one I've just never messed with it.I've just learned to live with it it's no big deal plus I've already put jak stolls fuel chip in it so no reason to mess with it now.
