I'm struggling with this as well. I did find the black plastic clamp sleeves at Eeuroparts.com. They have both Saab and Aftermarket versions.

I have a headlight from my parts car and I am trying to combine the various bits to make one usable headlight but for the life of me I can't get the screw out of the end of the white plastic adjuster nor do I see how I would extract the adjuster from the housing if I did.
Plastic....it's great until it isn't :-(
Oh, and FWIW I've worked with 3D printing and the structural integrity of the common 3D printing materials you'll find is not too good. At least on the lower end equipment.
