The OEM windshields are going to be tough to come by. The ones that you can get to fit will have a green tinted band across the top--which the OEM didn't have. It's not the end of the world to use one of those. The seal on the other hand should be OEM style. The convertible windshields are glued in. The seal is a 2-part unit. There is a plastic fitting that gets applied to the windshield. It has a channel along its perimeter. it is made up of 3 pieces. The gaps between the pieces have metal clips over them. Urethane adhesive gets applied to the glass and it is bonded to the car. Some will get on the plastic surround as well. Then, there is a 1-piece T-shaped rubber seal that fits into the channel in the plastic parts and covers the gap between the glass and the mounting area.

You cannot salvage the plastic parts that go on your windshield. They will be covered with urethane, and are bonded to the glass with another adhesive as they are applied. You can salvage the metal gap cover clips if you remove them carefully. You also MAY be able to salvage the rubber surround IF it is not sunbaked and dried out.

You can peel that rubber part off your current car and have a look at the way things go together. It just snugs into the channel, no adhesive. You will also want to look at the condition of your A-pillars as if the paint on them gets scratched, they can rust. Take note of that as your windshield is getting installed.

The weatherstrip is still available, but will likely be more expensive than the glass and installation. If you want it done properly, that's the only option though. Installers will offer you a "universal" seal, but it is not the same thing.

Skandix has windshields without the green sun strip along the top, but I think it would require shipping from Sweden. They also have the weatherstrip. Link below.
It may be available from a us seller or even ebay if you look around a bit.
