Yes, as long as noone has ever changed the tumbler. A bit of a gamble, but may be worth it. At least you'll have a door key if nothing else, since changing them isn't as common as changing the ignition tumbler.
You could also buy a used ignition console unit with key possibly from a scrapper. That's what I did with one of my cars that didn't have a key. I also got the door locks from the same car so the key would match.
You can hotwire the car as Chris said, just to see if it runs. There is a diagnostic socket in the lower left of the fuse box. It is a c-bus connection with 6 pin holes. With a jumper wire, connect the pins at 12:00 and 6:00. That will turn on the accessories, including the fuel pump. With that still connected, MOMENTARILY contact the pin at 6:00 with the one at 2:00. That will engage the starter.
Alternatively, you can get an ignition switch and disconnect the wiring from your current switch and connect it to that. You can then operate that switch with a large screwdriver. If you pull the center console, you can see the ignition wiring. Take a picture of it so you remember which wire connects to which tab.
