Trying to fix an issue im experiencing with my saab. I had a faulty APC and I replaced it. Without the APC, the saab runs OK, boost is about 3.5 PSI. At WOT it does not buck and stutter. When I plugged in my new APC, the engine bucks and stutters, feels starved for power at WOT. 3psi is the max i get.
