I got a set of 3D printed parts from a guy on another forum, and the cups from eEuroparts. Based on that, I think 3D printing is the only really viable approach in the long term. I don't have the skills or the equipment, but someone who does and is willing to create and put the files out there would then enable anyone to get them printed on-demand through Shapeways or any other 3D printing service.
