It seems a regular rebuild kit would solve my problem. There are a few really good videos on a complete breakdown of the caliper including the handbrake lever. Most kits include a new boot, new piston seal and the handbrake adjusting screw seal. The latter is the seal that keeps fluid from the handbrake lever area. Both the calipers I have to rebuild leak from that area. One from the top and one from the bottom.

The kit in the link from the walkthrough is the only one that I've found that includes the handbrake lever "caps". For most rebuilds, it's not necessary to remove the cap and handbrake lever, even with my symptoms, but on one of my calipers, the handbrake would stick occasionally so I'd like to completely tear it down and lube it so I'll pick up two of the kits.
