If it is a Left Hand Drive, it was probably marketed in the USA, California (the other USA) or Canada. Otherwise it wouldn't pass the Federal Auto Specifications for seat belts, bumpers, cat converter and such. Sounds like maybe it was retrofitted to the e-code headlights. There was a time in the 90's that it seemed all the rage to fit the e-code lights into the OG 900's.
