These problems become much simpler when you can read the schematic.
Surely you have a Bentley manual for the C900. I'm on the road today or I'd look into mine to see.... but the top wiring schematic is your friend. THEN learning where all the devices are in the machine is next.
As someone mentioned, a bad fuse holder will break your heart. Again, the digital meter comes thru as you can read where the power "line/load" has failed. Connections go bad, wires break, relays fail.... but the design of the machine is solid and you will find it.
Fuses blow for good reasons.... they are designed to protect the copper wiring in the machine. Simply changing them is rarely the true cause (but sometimes, it is).
