Depending on were the leak is depends on the repair. If it very close to the banjo you can usually just cut it remove the banjo and reinstall it in the line. If it is further as others have said you can buy 8mm nylon fuel line easy enough to repair. You can also buy new banjo fittings if they are rusted away or damaged.
As far as the tool to install the barbed end of the banjo fitting into the line there are numerous tools todo this. Saab used to have one that worked. But we often soaked the nylon line in boiling hot water for a moment to soften it a little and make instalation easier. If you search nylon fuel line repair tool you will see the range in prices and designs. Good Luck, Bernie
