Another way to make a tool for this: Hard Maple wood, nut's and bolts, works like a champ. Don't heat the nylon tube just clamp it and tap the steel fitting in with a hammer. Works the same as the tool Saab shows how to make from a pair of pliers and two valve keepers in the factory service manual, only better.
