I make the socket with a 6 point 7/16" socket. Using a Dremel cut off wheel I slot down thru the 6 thinner spots of the socket. Pry out every other section. Before the 3 prong days I used to get the triple nut loose by careful rotational tapping the nut with a small chisel or screwdriver.
