Seems like I recall that leather tools were used as if you were upsetting an eyelet for a shoelace or some kind of fastener in saddle construction. I suppose anything that would make a nice finished rivet head that secures the sensor from movement is sufficient.
Make sure that the plate is free to move slightly and use vacuum and pressure to watch the indexing of the plate for boost retard and a slight advance.
I am curious how long it will take to get the shipment from down under. I know that company, I have a large collection of things from them that David Calabrese bought from them, his widow gave them to me. Never used the stuff though, as for the most part it was redundant to what we were already incorporating. Interesting stuff though, the company was thinking forward -- and that was way long ago, maybe 15 years.
