Thought I’d go ahead and tackle this little project( mostly out of boredom and curiousity). So far so good, although I have run into a little issue and I cant seem to find any threads newer than a few years.Any help is much appreciated . The car is a healthy 86 900S. All turbo bits swapped over. Intercooler, turbo, exhaust and any thing related to those. I am set to 5.5 psi. Car runs and starts and drives great. With some detonation at Boost. Now the issue is I cannot for the life of me figure out why I cannot get any of my turbo distributors(with oval plug)to get the car running so that I can get some timing Retarded(car currently has the ezk specific distributor with the oval hall sensor with timing set to 14 degrees. I tried setting to 12 with no change. Any tricks to this? I thought it was plug and play. Anything else I need for this? Ecu?injectors?3.0 fpr? Thanks in advance
