Leave the nonturbo 3 bar fuel reg in the car but install the slightly larger Turbo injectors. (Turbos had 2.5 bar.) Fuel economy will not suffer, as the ECU will trim delivery just fine as long as the O2 sensor is good.
You can't run a Turbo ECU with EZK so don't install it.
A Turbo distributor with the same plug should work without rewiring the plug but it's been a while since I've dealt with this.
When you get the Turbo dist. installed, you'll now have both the EZK electronically controlling advance as well as the vacuum-based advance from the capsule on the Turbo dist. At the same time. EZK is better than the vacuum adc. You can easily prevent the vac advance. A picture is worth a thousand words and I can get you one but I'm traveling for a few days.
You could also install a Turbo intake cam, which will lower dynamic compression a bit. The exhaust cams are the same on NA and Turbos (except, possibly, one year only '85 Turbos -- I can't recall details just now).
