I ordered one from Phoenix Axle as suggested. $150 + $75 core.

Tempting to have a go at a rebuild but I hate doing the remove/replace and would not to have to do it again if it still leak and pay for another alignment (which is as much as a rack in California!).

I'll update on the rebuild quality and cost of the return ship for the core.
