My cheap and dirty way to extract a pin is to use a pick tool (good 'ol Harbor Freight Special). You need to be careful though as it can mush up the plastic if you apply too much force or if you begin bending it around wildly while trying to extract the pin.
The first pic shows the pick tool being inserted into one the two slots that sit on each side the pin. This connector in the pic has only two pins but your MAF should have 5 pins total (if it's running Bosch Jetronic LH 2.4). You'll need to insert a pic tool or a thin tool of some kind on EACH SIDE (I do one side at a time with slight tension on the wire) to press in the tabs that keep the pin locked into place in the connector

The second pic shows a brand new naked pin (straight from AliExpress/China) with the pick tool pointing at the hidden tabs that will be pressed in when inserting a tool into the connector like the first pic. The tabs will need to be bent back out slightly to this position prior to re-inserting the pin to lock it back into place.
