Hello,
No a broken horn button does not disable the horn. If the button has fallen off completely you can push the think copper upper piece down and the horn should sound. Do you have an airbag light on? The horn shares the clock spring with the airbag. There is a fuse I think number 26 but I don't have a 90 infront of me to check the fuse chart. Also there is a relay in that fuse box for the horns. You could jump the relay to see if the horns sound. As well the horns are 30+ years old and could have failed. Good Luck, Bernie
