If the are clogged water can back up if you are parked with the rear downhill and come out at the sunroof. I haven’t had a 900 in a while, but if I recall correctly the rear drains come out in the rear side vents. I think you would have to take off the side panels on the interior to clean out those drains. I recall finding one sunroof drain kinked when I took off a side panel and I replaced it with rubber hose because the headliner was down for another reason so I could get to the drain fitting on the sunroof.
