I have the same problem and my car also goes through rear tires very fast. I don't bother rotating them because the front tires wear as they are expected, so I wounldn't want to have 4 messed up tires as a result of rotating. Also, there is no way to adjust the rear alignment. I have heard of people "bending" it back into spec, but I don't know where you would get this done, or where you would find someone knowledgable enough to do it right. I suggest just living with it. You could replace the axle, but there is no way of know whether the replacement is straight or not. Although I guess you could buy a parts car and have someone inspect the rear alignment on it, the swap axles.
Greg
P.S. The strange wear on the tires caused by the alignment will cause you vibration problems as they wear. It will vibrate upon acceleration at highway speeds, and people on this bulletin board will tell you your inner drivers are bad (which is a correct diagnosis under normal circumstances), but before you ever go to the expense of replaceing your drivers, replace the rear tires.
