A byproduct of the combustion process is water vapor. Every engine has a little blow-by, and I can see that moisture getting stuck in your trap. Otherwise, the moisture just gets sucked into the intake and burned. A little water vapor doesn't hurt (actually helps). Also, if your crankcase is in any way open to the atmosphere (I don't know how your trap works), when the engine is shut down, it will suck in outside air as the engine cools. This outside air has moisture in it. Once the engine starts running and heats up, the moisture is driven out of the oil and into your trap.
I wouldn't worry about it.
