Well I thought I was the GURU with these Saabs. NOT. Check this out. I've
been running without incident for some time now (even after I installed
the SPG9 AID unit). Yesterday, I hit the fuel cut-off dash in your face,
which has never happened to me in my 1993 900T. Even pushing high RPMs.
Today, the turbo (which is new - 10 months to be exact), the turbo gauge
was sluggish. I would boost mid red then quickly it would back down to maybe half yellow..it wouldn't hold high boost... I could barely keep up with Moms driving mini-vans. Then later in the day, the car had excellent pickup (too much power), as the turbo gauge pinned the red area and the car felt like it had another 20+ horses. I guess what I'm looking for is something that's not tighten down but all vac lines are secure. Any clue as to what's going on? I just got home and haven't had time to do anything, just wanted to run it past the experts. The configuration is at the below link. Thanks a bunch. While I like the pinned red, I know it's not right
and that could shorten the life of the turbo if you know what I mean.
