Assuming you indeed have the car that has the seat attached with two socket head screws, these screws are straight down from the leading edge of the seat. They are often torx bolts on 87+ cars, and are often corroded in place since they go straight through the rails. I highly recommend reinstalling with antiseize paste.
Once you get them out, you still have to get the T-shaped back end out...with a little practice you'll see how it goes...look back there and see how the spring loads the T-projection into the square brackets. Generally the weight of the seat is enough to displace the spring upon reinstallation, but it can be a little tricky getting the seat to release the first few times you do it.
Should take about five minutes or less to pull a front seat. Don't forget to unplug the electric connector(s) under the driver's seat and/or the spring linkage to the passenger seat heater switch if you pull the pax side.
