James,
I don't have a copy of the instructions, but it's really easy - no drilling or anything.
If you hold the hitch up under the rear of the car, you can see where it bolts up - the upper portion bolts to the inside of the bumber. The lower portion bolts to the underside of the trunk floor - there may be a towing eye that you need to remove, then you reuse the bolt holes.
The only tricky part is that there is no clearance to put the bolts into the bumper while the bumper is on the car, so you've gotta remove it. If I recall correctly, there are 2 studs on each side going from the bumper into the lower trunk area. If you look either in the spare tire well or under the trim on each side (can't remember which), you'll see nuts you can remove to detach the bumper. Do that, bolt the hitch to the bumper, reinstall the bumper, and do the 2 bolts in the front part of the hitch. You're done! Except for the wiring, of course ;^)
