Your car is a 94, so it has Trionic. That means no air mass meter, thus no idle problems even with an atmospheric dump valve.
Just so long as you know that the dump valve will NOT increase power, only "sound cosmetics" if you like...
Abbott are very experienced and well reputed chassis tuners from their efforts in Touring Car racing. For engine tuning I would turn to some of the Swedish tuners: http://www.maptun.com, http://www.bsrab.se, http://www.sqr.nu, http://www.chipcenter.cc.
