from a mechanics standpoint and that can sometimes be far from what a DIY have to work with in terms of tools and lifting capacity.
If you only can get the car up a few feet in the air, it is difficult to drop the transmission down because of the split subframe.
The labor at a shop is around 8-10 hours to swap transmission.
