Acetone might be sufficient to soften the existing adhesive, but I would be careful that it does not come in contact with anything else but the glass and the base of the antenna. Perhaps a scraper blade could come in handy (no pun intended) to scrape off the residue, or simply scrape at the base (gently) until the base of the antenna is separated from the glass.
If there is a hole there, that would be a problem...
That's my opinion...
