It doesn't sound like knocking or detonation, or in fact anything dangerous. The same exact thing happened with MY aero, under heavy boost. What is most likely happening to your car, is under heavy boost, the spark is jumping down the side of the spark plug, where the white part is, as opposed to down the center, where it is suppsed to go. On my car, this only happened on one plug. If you take off your DI casette, you may be able to see a little black line down the side of the ceramic on one of your plugs. Before you replace anything on your engine, do this: go to the autoparts store, and buy one of those tiny 99 cent packets of dialectric grease you find up near the counter. Spread some of this inside all four of the rubber boots on the bottom of the DI casette. Put it back on, and this should solve your problem, it cleared right up for me. If this problem was detonation, trionic would definetly do something about it, and it's most likely not detonation, especially on a non-modded car, running 94 octane.
