You start by discussing clutch problems but then mention that your brake-fluid is gradually disappearing. Can't see any linkage there. But one thing that you mention, about your clutch problems during/after rain, does give a clue. Hydraulic fluid is hygroscopic, it ABSORBS atmospheric moisture. This absorbtion increases the bulk of the fluid, but dramatically reduces its boiling-point, which is why old fluid is so bad. It boils under normal braking/clutch-usage, the resultant gas can be compressed, unlike the fluid, and your brakes/clutch cease to work, or only work very poorly. Repeated re-heating of the fluid can boil-off this absorbed moisture, but the fluid is ready to absorb more when given the chance.
Advice is ... Re-do/replace both the master and slave cylinders on your clutch after having drained all of the old fluid and flushed the system with new fluid. Re-fill with new fluid and bleed properly.
