Ok, all experts! Weigh in.

I've scored a nice set of 16 inch Aero wheels to upgrade my 9000CS. Now its time for tires.

Tire Rack has the following, in no particular order, all sizes 205/55/16:

Conti Touring Contact CH95 $64 (!)
Dunlop SP Sport 5000 $98
Dunlop SP Sport A2 $85
Michelin Pilot XGT H4 $112
Michelin Pilot HX MXM $80 (!) Special Sale

Currently running MXV4 Greens 195-65-15 that came with the car, lower 205-60 profile on those would have been great as they seem to squirm when pushed hard, but the ride is superb. I'll save those for winter duty. Goal is a reasonable compromise between ride, wet/dry grip and price, while avoiding a noisy tire; not too worried about wear as this is my Sunday-go-meetin' car. I had Conti's on my GTI years back and recall a harsh ride with good grip; Michelin MVX4 ever since on my 900S, so I'm leaning towards the Michelin Pilot HX MXM, mostly based on price, other Michelin alternatives are in the $140 range and I would prefer to not go there. No experience with Dunlop.

Any advice? And how is Tire Rack to deal with?
