I'd rather install the boost gauge within the cluster of the other 2 gauges into the center dash. I'd like all the gauges to be together. If I cannot locate one from Saab, then I will go with one from VDO which will match the others as far as looks go (since they're made by VDO for Saab anyway), just that the boost gauge will not say "SAAB" on the bottom.
I'd also rather leave my light switch where it is since I removed fuse #23 (DRL), so I use my headlight switch everytime I need my lights on at night. Plus, I don't want to go through the hassle of extending all the wires that are connected to the back of the headlight switch. I've taken it out before, and if I remember correctly, there are many wires connected to that switch!
I saw a post earlier on this topic (of putting the boost gauge where the light switch is), and was curious as well as to how it would work out. So, whoever does accomplish it, please post the results on the board for all to see!
