If you're concerned about minimizing downtime, just order up all the parts mentioned in these other posts -- but don't be surprised or hurt if you find that you have to wait for the balance shaft sprockets and balance shaft idler gear (the sprockets I'm describing are the ones on the shafts themselves, not the failure-prone sprocket on the crankshaft). When I (just recently) did mine after a snapped balance shaft/timing chain and associated destruction, I found the balance shaft sprockets in pretty good shape -- could have left them without trouble, but bunged them up getting them off the shafts and so replaced them.
I don't remember exactly how much slack there was in the timing chain after reassembly and timing up, but some slack is a normal condition and not necessarily reason for concern in itself. However, at your mileage it's certainly a worthwhile precaution to undertake this operation now.
If you're doing this now, DEFINITELY replace the timing chain and balance shaft chain tensioners. Low cost and extra peace of mind!
Good luck!
