Check on the parts classified board for a post by Kyle. If he is the same guy I'm thinking of, he may be able to find you a set of 16 inch wheels.
I have a 97 9000 CS and scored a clean set of 16 inch Aero wheels and my choices for tires are narrowed down to Kumho or Dunlops. I have run MXV4s since 1995 on my C900 and the current 9000, they are smooth, quiet and handle rain and snow fairly well. My only complaint is that they harden as they age and the ride quality deteriorates. (Also, Michelin is French, and if they veto in the UN then that's the last Michelin I ever buy!)
You have a great car, enjoy it!
