Again, you can use any octane rating you want, it just depends on what your need is.
If you need the highest performance from your car - use the highest rating gas.
If you are looking to save at the pump and drive moderately - use the lowest rating; your engine management will compensate for you.
I use the lowest grade on long trips. I'm starting to use the lower grades for around town since I shouldn't be driving as briskly as I have been.
