Is thermosw new also when you replaced radiator?

As I understand your description it is. Thermostat is now due so you know it is good too. Check for wiring damage under radiator as that can be damaged by corrosion, check condition of relay contacts replace if burnt as cycling will eat up the contacts eventually. That pretty much leaves the pump, there are past postings of newer pumps have better impellers which push the water better. If you are in traffic and idling the pump is not pushing much water, what happens if you rev eng up to 2000 rpm for a few minutes, does the temp fall some.
An infared temp reader will tell you what temp the themostat housing and radiator thermoswitch really is.
