The 92 to 91 conversion is not recomended, it is to involved. The easiest way to do it would involve taking the entire wiring harness out of 91 along with the ECU, ABS ecu, throttle body, pedal inkage....just forget that route.

In 94 or 95 you may find a few 9000T with no TCS. That is a good way to go but if you really want the lower gearing of a 91 to 92 your not going to get that out of the 93 and later cars.

Getting an Aero will make up for that.

If you get a TCS car, and keep it running in good shape, you can add a on/off switch and you be fine.

Getting/Keeping the TCS system up and running isn't that hard, especially when you take a preventitive maintenance approach.

That being said it's even easier to not have to deal with at all.
