Oil blew everywhere!!!!!

I just got my engine all in and connected with an addition of a turbo setup (the car was previously n/a). anywho, the starter seems to have a strange condition so we pulled the car with an '84 jimmy and got it running. it ran alright, wouldnt keep running at idle but in any case it blew like a quart of oil all over rear passenger side of the engine compartment. i have the banjo tight for the oil line and i have the filter and such on, but i cant figure out why im blowing oil like crazy, all over the place. can anyone tell me what holes could exist in the block or a line back there that i could have missed? man, it looked like it blew about all the oil it was pumping, i cant find where it blew though because theres so much oil and i dont want to run it anymore to find out.
