the problem is you still need to find where all that oil is spraying from.
If the crank is pressurized I would assume (don't quote me on this) that the oil is exiting via the pressure relief valve that located a little below the oil pump on the timing cover.
This valve would be able to dispense the volume of oil that you seem to be describing. If that is the case, installing the one way valve shouls solve the problem.
Ok now for my questions to you:
Did you install an Intercooler?
Did you install a By Pass valve?
Did you use a T25 (original eq for 90) or T3 turbo (87-89)?
Did you swap for a TURBO ECU?
This is an intersting project because this is a DI equipped car. Many of the projects that I have read about previously involved non DI ignition systems that are, frankly, a little to acheach to be practical and reliable.
Because your car has a DI, it is able to adjust iginition timing and cut boost (assuming you are using a BPV).
