Squealing when ACC is on

Lately, I've been hearing a very faint squealing/whistling noise when the ACC is on. It goes away immediately after I turn it off. It's not very loud at all - I can't even hear it when the stereo is on.
I've searched the BB for "squealing," and the noise seems to be related to be related to the serpentine belt idler pulley.
When buying the car, the p/o mentioned that the belts tried using kept slipping off, but that he finally found the right one (the current one). I don't think he was lying or anything, but the car has seen a quite a few belts. Here's a timeline, with part numbers based on the p/o's receipts:
Between 71K and 91K: New belt (4395455)
Between 71K and 91K (about 1 month later) New belt (4395455) and tensioner pulley (4029930)
Between 110K and 126K: New belt (4904116), new tensioner pulley (4029930), new idler pulley (4901625)
Between 110K and 126K (probably near 120K): New belt (021145933 - not from Saab this time; there is a match on Import Parts Specialists' website)
There are three different belt part numbers, and the time between the first two belts (<20K miles) and the time between the second two belts (<16K miles) seems a bit short. Is this normal, and does the squealing mean that a pulley is on its way out? I'm not certain, but I don't think the squealing changes the engine rpm changes. The A/C compressor was recently replaced, and the ACC works fine.
It's a '93 CSE non-turbo. Thanks for all the help!
