1) Sometimes, the studs are not easily removed only because they fuse themselves to the exhaust/turbo flange from the high heat. Sometimes they are, if you're lucky. Sometimes the nut comes off with the stud. You will need to soak the studs overnight, and use a 13mm ratchet and/or closed-end wrench.
You can re-use the bolts as long as they are not deteriorated. Use your judgement. They are a dealer-only item (they're triangular shaped to keep them from loosening up and are made of hardened metal to keep up with the high heat).
2) I don't know how much a front exhaust mount is, but the dp attaches directly to the turbo, and the turbo attaches directly to the exhaust manifold, so I may not know what part you are referring to.
3) JT 3", hands-down. Cheaper than s/s, though not as pretty or long-lasting. Search thru the archives on the numerous posts about the JT, and you will see it will make you a believer, too! As far as I know, Engstrom.net has the best prices on these systems.
I seem to remember you posting about this sound a week or so ago. Have you ruled out the front control arm bushings, especially the rear of the two? These are notorious for giving up over time, as well as generating the sound in the same manner as you are describing.
