If you can bleed brakes, you can do the hard part. The brakes are basically bolt on, but you'll have trouble retracting the piston to get the caliper off the rotor. Just take the caliper apart with an Allen wrench.
The bolts are always tight, corroded. Soak lots with liquid wrench, then make sure you are using a six-sided socket, not 12, or you will probably strip the bolt head. Screw the existing brake line into the new caliper, then install the caliper, not the other way around.
